Whips

Homemade with several variations: 

• The classic marshmallow: a crunchy biscuit, topped with a melting marshmallow coated in dark chocolate.
• Marshmallow caramel: a heart of flowing salted caramel, accompanied by marshmallow, on a dark chocolate-coated biscuit.
• Red fruit: a delicious coulis of raspberries, currants, cassis and cranberries, combined with a marshmallow and a dark chocolate-covered biscuit.
• Vanilla fig: a confit of vanilla figs, with a marshmallow and a biscuit, all coated in dark chocolate.
  

Each creation is made locally and handcrafted in our workshop in Montreal, faithful to our know-how since 1940.

Ingredients: sugar, water, dark chocolate, (min. cocoa 64%, cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) or milk chocolate, (min 34% cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, natural vanilla flavor), passion fruit puree, raspberry puree, butter, flour, almond powder, pork gelatin, vanilla, salt.
